It snowed in Cleveland today! Can you believe that? I hate this! Can I retire yet? I would love to move someplace warm 24/7. Anyone know of a place like that?

I know a place where it's warmer than Cleveland, but you refuse to move here..... OH yeah, St. John's is in the 80's year round. However, if you can afford to buy a place there, I'll come visit. I can't afford to live there.... LOL
